A Nervous System–Led Approach
Address the glial activation and neuroinflammation driving your chronic fatigue. Move from “pacing” to rebuilding.
A disproportionate crash after physical or mental effort.
Waking up feeling as if you haven't slept at all.
A sensation that your limbs are made of lead due to inhibited motor neuron drive.
In chronic fatigue, the nervous system may shift into protective energy conservation, reducing output to preserve stability.
Under persistent stress or overload, the body can prioritise survival over performance. Energy is conserved, activity feels costly, and recovery becomes limited.
Using gentle, precise micro-movements, we work with the body’s signalling systems to support regulation rather than force output.
As protective tension softens and regulation improves, energy can be redirected toward repair, resilience, and sustainable function.

No. The nervous system remains capable of change throughout life. Many clients begin this work after years — sometimes decades — of symptoms. Progress depends on individual factors, but meaningful improvements are absolutely possible.
No. BioCoding is not exercise. It is “neurological recalibration”. The movements are micro-movements, designed to be performed even by those with very low energy.
Many clients report deeper, more refreshing sleep as their nervous system becomes more regulated. Improved sleep can occur early in the process, sometimes immediately after sessions, though individual responses vary.
When the nervous system is stuck in protection mode, the body prioritises stability over repair. This can make symptoms feel resistant, fluctuating, or slow to resolve. This is one of the main issues we address together in the program.
If you want to understand your symptoms and explore whether this work is right for you, we’ll begin there no pressure, no obligation.
