A Nervous System–Led Approach

Rewrite the Pain Memory:
Advanced Chronic Pain Relief Sub-headline

When injuries heal but pain persists, BioCoding™ targets the “maladaptive neuroplasticity” keeping you stuck.

Trapped in a Pain Loop

You may have an old injury that should have healed months ago, yet the pain remains.

Persistent Signals

Pain that feels wired into your system.

Mobility Fear

A hesitation to move, fearing it will trigger a flare.

Sympathetic Overdrive

A constant background tension that creates inflammation and visceral hypersensitivity.

Treating the Source, Not the Symptom

Standard medical approaches treat the site of the original injury. But chronic pain is often a case of Maladaptive Neuroplasticity.

Think of it like this:

Your nervous system has “memorised” the pain, rewiring spinal circuits to keep firing even in the absence of tissue damage. Surgery cannot fix a software bug in the nerves.

Why the Pain Won't Go Away

Chronic pain is a self-perpetuating cycle.

The Pain Memory

Persistent input has rewired your supraspinal circuits.

Autonomic Dysregulation

The stress of pain creates an autonomic imbalance, fueling inflammation and keeping muscles in a guarded state.

BioCoding™ Intervention

We interrupt this loop by activating endogenous opioid release and promoting "parasympathetic dominance" the state required for deep tissue repair.

The BioCoding™ Approach

Decoding the Pain

We do not manipulate bones or force muscles. We use BioCoding™ to send safety signals to the brainstem. This restores neural equilibrium, reducing the amplification of pain and allowing the “pain memory” to fade.

Michael’s Story

9/10 → 2/10

Pain reduction

MedicationsPain reduction

Michael came to me after more than ten years of living with chronic back pain. Opioids had become part of his daily routine, allowing him to function but keeping his world small and restricted.

Within the first few sessions, the constant intensity of his pain began to ease. By session six, his pain had fallen from a 9 out of 10 to closer to a 2, and he was able to stop relying on medication entirely.

By the end of the programme, Michael was back in his garden and spending active time with his grandchildren. The pain no longer dictated his days, and he felt confident in his body again.

“The micro-movements rewired my nervous system’s overreaction. The pain became a manageable whisper, and I could enjoy life again.”
These anonymised examples reflect aggregated client data from Hollyanna Vellichor’s practice. Individual results may vary. BioCoding™ is a complementary approach and should not replace medical advice.

The Process

Through the The Recode programme, we use gentle micro-movements to foster “glial modulation” – calming the immune cells in your nervous system that cause inflammation.

01

No Forcing

Sessions never push your nervous system beyond its current capacity. We work at the pace your body sets.

02

Micro-Movements

Precise, gentle gestures that speak directly to your autonomic system no intense physical manipulation.

03

Neural Modulation

Addressing the spinal circuits that maintain chronic pain states, helping reset their inflammatory signaling.

04

Nervous-System Pacing

Each session responds to what your body needs that day, allowing for sustainable, lasting change.

Your Questions Answered

I've had surgery and it didn't help. Can this?

Yes. Surgery addresses structural issues. If your pain is driven by “central sensitisation” or neural wiring (which is common after failed surgeries), BioCoding addresses that remaining root cause.

No, it is neurological. While emotional stress exacerbates pain, the pain pathways are real, physical circuits in the spine and brain that we target directly.

Our goal is “Sustainable Independence.” Many clients reduce or eliminate reliance on medications as their body learns to regulate its own pain signals.

BioCoding treats the central system. Because we regulate the core nervous system, clients often experience “whole-system relief,” seeing improvements in multiple areas simultaneously.
